As always, I packed for 10 days in the South of France in a carry-on suitcase. I used my new Beis carry-on for this trip and it was SPACIOUS. It was way too easy to overpack! The best part of the suitcase is that it expands, so I was easily able to fit everything I bought in the expandable part without having to repack everything. So far I’m really enjoying it! Will let you know how it holds up. Read on to see my list of what to pack for 10 days in the South of France.
What to pack for the South of France
I visited the South of France for 10 days in late August/early September (overlapping with Labor Day). Since I was going to towns with different vibes (i.e. beach days, dressier nighttime outfits, etc), I brought a lot of different options. I haven’t had this many outfit choices since I used to travel with checked bags! (Read: I overpacked for sure).
MY AIRPLANE OUTFIT:
What to Wear | What I Wore |
---|---|
Black Leggings | Lululemon Leggings |
Black Zip-up Hoodie | Vintage |
Black Tshirt | Madewell Vintage t-shirt |
Tennis Shoes | Adidas Sambas |
What to pack in your suitcase for the South of France
Don’t forget to bring your toiletries, chargers, converters, and any medicine!
WHAT I DIDN’T NEED TO PACK:
- White Cotton Pants
- The second pair of jean shorts I packed
- Two white t-shirts
- 2 other bathing suits (didn’t have as many beach days)
- 1 white tank top (the other 5 were plenty)
Happy Packing!
